Saudi HRD and Phoenix Training & Development have been collaborating since early 2009 to run several courses in Saudi Arabia.  Saudi HRD believes that working with Phoenix Training & Development will increase our successes respectively especially in the leadership, sales and management programs.

Who we are and what we do
. 
Established in 1995, Phoenix specialises in the delivery of sales, management & leadership, communication, and team focused training.
  Our trainers have had long and successful careers in sales; they have sold face-to-face and over the phone.  They have managed and been managers-who-sell in many and varied environments, and they know what makes people tick and how to lead them.  They are also familiar with all the challenges that arise around influencing and communicating in business situations, whether with colleagues or clients or the public at large.  Most of all, they love developing these skills in others.  We work with the complete spectrum of business and industries, from small enterprises with just a few staff, all the way up to large organisations like Co-Operative Food, Deloitte, O2 and HSBC.  We’re based in London, but we train across the world and currently have successful relationships with Haya Water in Oman and Advanced Electronics Company in Saudi Arabia.

Tailored AND Open Courses. 
Phoenix offer open courses in Sales, Management, and Leadership, in London, Manchester & Birmingham.  We also offer tailored, in-company workshops built entirely to our customers’ specifications delivered on site, anywhere in the world.

Solution-centred training and coaching. 
Our approach is active, not passive.
  We place great importance on interactive and involving training methods.  We make extensive use of practical exercises so that learning can be applied immediately on returning to the workplace, and we focus on not only building skills, but also the confidence to use them straight away.  We do not overburden participants with complex theories, rather we prefer to give them the skills & techniques that will facilitate an immediate improvement in day to day performance.

An emphasis on excellent communication with clients. 
We know that good training is not simply about delivering a course, so we put as much work into the pre-training consultancy and design process, and into follow-up.
  This includes helping participants to write their own action plans, written or verbal reporting to managers, plus unlimited proactive support beyond each training day.  Through such attentiveness, and seeking to understand your business before we begin, we ensure that both individual needs and company objectives are accurately met.

Genuine training partnerships. 
Our most successful client relationships are built on Phoenix developing a role with the company which enables our clients to use us as an ongoing resource, providing tailored training interventions from an involved and informed perspective whenever necessary.
